We are offering services for manufacturing of Complex PCB Assemblies with or without Solder mask (Gold plated / HASL/LF HASL / ENIG). We are having expertise in PCB Assemblies with 0201, µBGA, BGA, QFN, DFN, QFP, large SMD Connectors.
Our Production facility is equipped with fully automated set up for Electronic Manufacturing Services. We are having expertise in PCB Assemblies with 0201, µBGA, BGA, QFN, DFN, QFP, large SMD Connectors.
For doing above mentioned Assemblies, We are having following equipment / process.
